After a day of spotting in Frankfurt, my ride home was once again on the big boy back to London. Yet again BA failed to disappoint with the excellent service on the A380. The A380 flights will definitely be a highlight of this year for me

Pretty decent weather conditions for flying too with clear skies in Frankfurt. Once we departed from Runway 07C, some magnificent views over the city of Frankfurt before we banked north and had more spectacular views across the city and airport. Quite a smooth ride into London as well, unfortunately the classic view of London on approach was missed due to low lying clouds. We exited the cloud base at under 2000 feet on final approach. Very smooth landing too.
