First of all, I am so honored to have the privilege of getting to share my art as an aerialist for the first time with people I love and respect.
As I was picking the music, I was moved by this incredibly powerful song (by the wonderful artists Imagine Dragons) and the beautiful choreography by Janelle Ginestra in her piece "SSSHHHH."
The intent behind this particular piece was also inspired by the incredible book "My Private War" by Norman Bussel, an autobiography detailing his life as a POW and his subsequent experience suffering from PTSD.
HUGE thank you for everyone who came out to support me and to all of my mentors who helped me along the way - I love you all so much!
