The Historical Searson Sawmill running during the 150th Anniversary Celebration of the town of Watford, Ontario. Established in 1934 by our Grandfather George Searson, the sawmill continues to operate today by his grandson Jason & Family. Recreating the days of my Grandfather, the sawmill was powered with a 20hp Sawyer-Massey, owned by George's Great-Grandson, Jesse. Some friends also brought their handmade models to celebrate the occasion. We ended the day with a evening Spark Show.
