Show Up When It Counts. Leading Through Uncertainty and Change 📱

Political uncertainty. Tariffs impacting trade. Supply chain disruptions. Economic shifts. Horrific examples of leadership globally. Figuring out AI and whether it’s going to disrupt or innovate (or both). Industry changes happening faster than we can keep up with.

And for some leaders, that’s on top of navigating changes, restructures, redundancies, and team transitions.

Your team is looking to you. Not for all the answers but for something.

Some leaders either disappear or share some script they’ve been given by HR (no shade on HR, I’m sure the script is class) but what people actually need is for you to talk to them human to human.

Even if you don’t have all the answers. Share what you can, be there for questions and keep checking in.
