We all know about the CGC Reholder Scam that has been going on. If you do not know about it please go to Swagglehaus Comics, Automatic Comics, Como Comics or Jerno's comics. These individuals have wonderful coverage of what has transpired or what has come to light.
I have noticed a few things that have been discussed and I wanted to throw in my two cents. There seems to be a fear or question of validity of all CGC graded comic books now that this scandal has come to light. Do you trust CGC? Will you buy another CGC book? and statements like CGC is dead!
In this video I share something that I feel is an important aspect of this discussion. I haven't heard anyone discuss this point yet.
Take the extra steps you think you need to protect yourself when you are buying any comic book. Also, I took stats in undergrad. That was like 20 plus years ago. I am a little rusty, but still confident that my thinking is appropriate here.
