⚔️ Kettlebell Spartan Series 4/10 – Full-Body Strength & Grit 💪
Day 4 of the Spartan Series is here—and this one’s a test of strength, endurance, and sheer willpower. With 10 exercises repeated over 3 tough rounds, you’ll be hitting every major muscle group, pushing your body and mind to new limits.
All you need is one kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) to build functional strength, muscular endurance, and total-body control. This is classic Spartan training—simple, intense, and brutally effective.
Workout Format:
10 Exercises | 3 Rounds
40 sec work / 20 sec rest
