4:22 Sizing, Fit, Comfort of 990v1?
I went true to size (TTS) at 9.5, and they were borderline a little too long. I usually wear TTS at 9.5 with NB 997, NB 997H, NB 550, and NB XRCT. These run just a little bit big IMO due to a slightly longer length, as well as a thinner ankle padding, giving you more room in your foot.
You can very much get away with a 1/2 size down. I definitely recommend you go 1/2 size down if you have narrow feet.

I got the oatmeal heather colorway, in a size small. They retail for $164.99 (yikes)

For reference, I am 5' 8" (173cm), 150 lbs, and wear a 31 waist.
I got a size SMALL in these sweatpants.
Waist wise- they fit well. But length wise, they were a little too long for me.
