Ground Beef: 1-3 pounds of depending on your serving size.
Chopped Onion 🧅
Chopped/Sliced Bell peppers 🫑
Seasonings: Garlic powder/salt 🧄
Onion powder/salt 🧅
Thyme 🌱
Salt and pepper 🧂
Egg/Eggs 🥚
Ketchup 🥫
Old fashioned Oats preferred or Saltine crackers crushed up is fine to(:
Bake at 350-400 degrees F depending on your thickness of your loaf for 45 to an hour then take out add ketchup on top then broil till ketchup is set ☺️😋
