We're going on into the left area of this DLC this time. The arms monster is in the way but hitting a button gives us enough of a distraction to turn the wheel and open the door to the area where coal is kept so the Runaway kid can do his thing.

There are plenty of hat people playing in the coal to help us thankfully..... if we can catch them. With them all found and hugged all we need to do is get them back to the central area to help the others then it's off to start the right side. Straight off it looks like we're going to need some sort of replacement fuse thing. Unfortunately the way on leads through virtual pitch dark, and the arms monster is in there O_O
