Victor has dedicated over two decades to social and ecological justice. He previously worked with Sustainability Network on Vision2030, a collaborative initiative engaging 56 high-impact environmental NGO leaders across Canada. This program defined capacity building goals for the ENGO community on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI), youth engagement, Indigenous relations, and technology.
He was also Operations Manager at Canadian Jesuits International where he supported international solidarity initiatives in the Global South, and was the Communications and Outreach Manager of the Jesuit Forum for Social Faith and Justice.
Victor worked with WWF in the Philippines alongside fishing communities to establish marine protected areas and promote sustainable livelihoods. He holds a Master of Engineering Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Melbourne. His career reflects a commitment to collaborative approaches in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and sustainable development across diverse cultural contexts.
