And I relied on sheer power to help me overcome depression.

Depression and anxiety is something that I have went through more than half of my life.

Especially for forex traders and entrepreneurs, we would sometimes find ourselves dealing with depression and anxiety because of the high-stress nature of this field.

Sometimes we might even find ourselves being depressed for no reason or depressed from work. Some might even find themselves depressed from life itself.

As you can see, dealing with depression is something that we all need to go through. In this vlog, I’m going to share with you how to deal with depression and how to cope with depression. I’m even going to share with you strategies of healing depression naturally.
