MeGUI 30FPS to 60FPS Plus 4K Upscaling Easy

Описание: MeGUI updated to latest version plus updated settings so now it upscales to 4K
All you have to do is install Avisynth plus MeGUI Double 4K 2017 which is already setup to use which will double the frames per second so 30fps will become 60fps or 60fps to 120fps and so on

The other versions will just double the FPS plus one is using x265 if you want to test but i can't see any difference also added MeGUI All versions which will convert any FPS to 60fps and 120FPS
