One day I saw Our Lady, who told me: The soul dear to the Lord is that which faithfully follows the inspirations of grace. I gave the Savior to the world; your task is to proclaim his infinite mercy.

You will prepare the world for the second coming of Christ , when he will no longer appear as a merciful Savior, but as a just Judge.

It will be terrible that day: the day of justice and divine wrath.

It has already been established, and the angels tremble.

Speak to the souls of the infinite divine mercy, as long as the time of mercy persists.

If you are silent now, you will answer yourself for a large number of souls.

Don't be afraid and be faithful to the end. I follow your efforts with my love".

I understand how much God loves us and how easy it is to communicate with him through his mercy, even though his majesty is inaccessible.

With no one, as with him, I feel free and spontaneous.

Not even between a mother and her child is there as much understanding as between a soul and its God.

There are no words to express his infinite mercy: everything would be meaningless if it were confronted with it.

The Diary of Saint Faustina on the Divine Mercy of God are filled with hope for all of us.

The Diary proclaims the message of God's merciful love as the very heart of the Gospel.

It was not a new teaching, of course: just a new expression and a clear focus on the very center of the Catholic Faith: the loving kindness and compassion of God.

In private revelations recorded in her diary, Jesus had spoken to her words of the great love, mercy and compassion of God.

For Saint Faustina, Jesus was "Mercy Incarnate, " and the Lord had given her a mission: to proclaim this message of The Divine Mercy throughout the world, especially by the spread of the Image of Mercy, and the celebration of the Feast of Mercy.

One such message follows: My daughter, look into My Merciful Heart and reflect its compassion in your own heart, and in your deeds, so that you who proclaim My mercy to the world may yourself be aflame with it.

Let the greatest sinners place their trust in My mercy.

They have the right before others to trust in the abyss of My mercy.

Souls that make an appeal to My mercy delight Me.

To such souls I grant even more graces than they ask.

The message of Christ to Saint Faustina was a message of extravagant love: He said He pours out a veritable ocean of graces upon contrite souls who come to Him with trust giving them even more than they ask.

In fact, He has a special compassion for the very worst sinners, just because they are most in need of His mercy.

This rich treasure of mercy is for all of us!

Surely this message of mercy is needed today more than ever.

It is supported by the recent Popes, the sacred scripture and by the catechism of the catholic church.
