Hi! This is my rendition of a Ginger Stir Fried Crab recipe. Ginger Crab tastes absolutely amazing and is definitely a must try! It is one of my favorite Cambodian dishes my grandmother used to make for me when I was little! Hope you enjoy~
Ingredients (good for 1-3 crabs):
2 tbsp Pantai Crab Paste Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 Cup Ginger (thinly sliced)
8 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
2 Jalapenos
2 Sprigs Green Onion
2 Cups Oil (for the wok/deep dish pan)
Crab Coating:
Corn Starch
Black Pepper
