50 Min Full Body Workout 💥 Intermediate - Advanced (Level 4) Power Pilates, a Pilates Inspired Workout w Small Weights
Join me for my 50 min workout today! 😍 It’s a great & challenging Full Body Pilates Inspired Workout using the small weights! 🍑 It’s such a great 50 Min Pilates Inspired strength routines!
💪 Please note, it’s an Intermediate - Advanced strength, Pilates inspired workout ( Level 4 ),
so please make sure you’ve been training intermediate Pilates regularly, you’re well functioning & up for a challenge.
This workout definitely gets the whole body working!
I am using a set of 2kg. I recommend 1-4kg Dumbells. If you are advanced & have been training Pilates with weights for sometime, you maybe up for 4 kgs for some of the exercises.

Here are the levels of my Pilates Workouts: (Please note my Pilates Workout levels may be different to other Pilates teachers and Pilates workouts, so I suggest you start with my easier workouts and build yourself up to my higher-level workouts if needed 😊)
1. Beginner Pilates
2. Beginner to Intermediate Pilates
3. Intermediate Pilates
4. Intermediate + Pilates (these workouts can have advanced moves)
📌 Pilates is a great tool to create core, glute & all over body strength as well as stability throughout your body, therefore creating a better functioning body & reducing your risk of injury. Just make sure you build up slowly, and listen to your body. 😊
💪 This is a very effective 50 minute Pilates workout. In this full body workout, we are focusing on your whole body concluding with some stretches.
