Hi guyssss, welcome back to the channel it's so lovely to feel like I'm getting back into the groove of Youtube. Today I'm sharing my week of training from a couple of weeks ago and things didn't go to plan.
Filming the process has made me realise how demanding I am of myself and I'm shifting my perspective for what I want my 2024 goals to look and feel like... It's funny because I had this whole vision and now it's completely shifted from wanting to be a gym baddie to slowing down and truly taking care of my health. In the next few videos I'll be sharing what I'm putting more of my attention towards in this journey.
