Fixing noisy Wahl Clippers - when power screw was already correctly set

Poor cutting over a few years that got suddenly worse as the clippers got a lot noisier in my hand. No adjustment to the power screw would make them quiet.
I found a couple of loose screws inside.
I suspect that they have always been bit loose as the clippers cut far better than when they were new.
