The Irish National Stud and Japanese Gardens are located on 800 acres of land called Tully land in County Kildare, the Stud along with the Gardens where established by William Hall Walker in 1900 he was from a famous Scottish brewing family and his passion was horseracing and horse breeding, he was also very very much a lover of gardens and set up the Japanese gardens here and they are considered to be one of Europe's finest Japanese Gardens.
