Music: "Crescent Moon Village" from Wario Land 4 - Ryoji Yoshitomi
This is probably the most iconic music from Wario Land 4. I don't know why, but it's probably the use of the "Down" voice found in the Sound Canvas. The music also fits the level pretty well, making it feel as if Wario is some thief trying to sneak through the alleyways during dark hours to steal... treasure. We all know that Wario loves money and gold.
In terms of sequencing, this one is a little bit tricky to sequence once the guitars started kicking in. The drum beats don't always line up to the ticks and it feels that the composer did to make it sound as if the drummer is rummaging through a random series of beats. While I was able to make use of the "Down" voice, I could not find the other sound effects used in the music like the low "Aah" growl. The creepy child laughter (common element in horror music) also couldn't be found.
