Armageddon 2000 is now behind us and Mick Foley needs to make a decision. Foley said if anyone got hurt during the Cell match he would resign as WWF commisioner. Vince McMahon is at Raw tonight, he goes on a mission to get Foley his resignation papers, but will Foley sign them?

Starrcade 2000 is nearly upon us and Scott Steiner wants to get his hands on Sid Vicious. CEO Ric Flair has ordered both guys not to get physical during tonight's episode of Nitro, but Steiner doesn't take orders too well. Flair organizes a title defense for Steiner just days before Starrcade takes place while Sid Vicious comes up with a plan to get at the World Champion before their Pay Per View clash.
