Описание: 🎓 Le 24 mai 2025, la communauté de l’ESSEC Business School s’est réunie à la Philharmonie de Paris pour célébrer la remise des diplômes du Global BBA.

Chaque année, un ou une diplômé(e) de l’ESSEC prend la parole pour adresser un message fort à la nouvelle promotion. Cette année, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir Pétronille Ricard, diplômée du BBA ESSEC (BBA 12) et aujourd’hui Directrice RSE chez celio.

Dans un discours empreint de sincérité, elle a partagé un message inspirant : l’importance d’oser, de rester fidèle à ses valeurs et de chercher du sens dans chaque expérience – même inattendue.

Elle a également adressé un message puissant aux femmes, les invitant à prendre pleinement leur place et à dépasser le sentiment d’illégitimité. Un appel à la confiance et à l’équilibre, qui engage aussi les hommes à être des alliés actifs.

Un message porteur d’espoir et d’engagement, pour une génération lucide face aux défis de son temps.

🎓 On May 24, 2025, the ESSEC Business School community gathered at the Philharmonie de Paris to celebrate the BBA ESSEC graduation ceremony.

Each year, an ESSEC alumnus or alumna delivers a powerful message to the new graduates. This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Pétronille Ricard, BBA ESSEC class of 2012 and now CSR Director at Celio.

In a heartfelt speech, she shared an inspiring message: the importance of daring, staying true to your values, and finding meaning in every experience—even the unexpected ones.

She also delivered a strong message to women, encouraging them to fully claim their place and overcome feelings of illegitimacy. A call for confidence and balance, which also calls on men to be active allies.

A hopeful and empowering message for a generation aware of the challenges ahead.
