Mark Jeffrey Manteuffel pleaded guilty Thursday, July 2, 2020, in Sacramento Superior Court to forcible rapes of two Sacramento women in the 1990s. He faces 31 years in prison for the crimes, and is also charged for crimes in Yolo County.
