Very soft and so delicious Yogurt Cupcakes. It has fluffy and spongy texture. Very quick and easy recipe!
Ingredients:
100g yoghurt
50ml neutral oil (I used sunflower oil)
20ml lemon juice
4 eggs
140g sugar
160g flour
6g (1 ¼ tsp) baking powder
Bake in the oven 170C/340F for 25 min. Cool down and enjoy!
