What’s up guys Coach Colleen Fotsch here. Today I’m sharing a full training day from my new program HYBRID Body.
This program is the perfect blend of strength and circuit training to boost overall strength, work capacity and improve body composition.
HYBRID Body gives you the variation you need to develop strength, conditioning, lean muscle, and overall athleticism.
You’ll be doing 2 upper focused workouts and 2 lower focused workouts every week with an optional full body conditioning.
So you’re looking at like 4-5 hours per week of gym time in exchange for insane results.
Side note; HYBRID Body also works great for more experienced strength athletes during a maintenance phase or while they take a break from competing.
Here’s what you can expect from me…
I’m responsible for getting you jacked, strong, and conditioned without spending hours in the gym.
My programming, support, and resources will all be laser focused on making this happen.
We’re going to train hard, crush PR’s, and prove that you CAN get insane results even if you’re low on time.
