The autopsy results for comedian Bob Saget came as a shock to many. He died from "blunt head trauma" after a fall led to skull fractures and bleeding near his brain. The family reported he hit his head, thought nothing of it, and went to sleep. His death was ruled an accident.
We talked to a local doctor about who should get checked out and why. Dr. Michael says if someone is on blood thinners, a high dose of Aspirin, or has had a history of a head bleed before they should get an exam and a CAT scan quickly. He says if you have a worsening headache, become irritable, or feel drowsy you should see your doctor as soon as possible.
