Описание: A regular ovulatory cycle is considered to be 25-35 days and most women will ovulate 14 before their next period starts, meaning if your cycle was 35 days long you'd ovulate around day 21. You mentioned that you're off birth control but you're having irregular periods and pain and, it sounds like pain and spotting on and off. I would recommend talking to your doctor because you mentioned that you've been off birth control for a year. There are forms of birth control that can have lasting side effects and your doctor can decide if the symptoms you're having are due to the birth control you're on or if there is some sort of medical condition behind it that warrants further investigation and treatment. They'll be able to help you best after they talk to you more about your individual situation. Good luck with everything. If you have any other questions for me feel free to ask them on our Facebook page and recommend us to your friends and family too.
