They say this tiny $20 bottle can restore compression, reduce wear, and bring your tired old engine back to life. So we poured it into the ZAZ Zaporozhets — a famously unreliable Soviet car — and set off on a series of road trips to see what would happen.
We took the ZAZ across broken highways, quiet villages, and even through a Ukrainian desert. We sang songs over the engine noise, got overtaken by every truck on the road, and hoped the thing wouldn’t overheat halfway up a hill. It was loud, bouncy, and completely ridiculous — but that’s exactly why we loved it.
Overheating? Constant fear of breakdowns? Of course. But did the revitalizant actually help? You’ll be surprised.
