rtlsdr FM radio in Pd

Описание: Demonstration of a Pd external that reads raw sample data from an rtl-sdr compatible USB stick. It demodulates wide band FM, with real time frequency control of the radio - all in Pd. The patch reads IQ signal data in a [block~] sub patch at 192k and downsamples to 96k for the audio output.
