Ask yourself these six questions:
❓ What’s the point of this bullet?
❓ How does this relate to the job I want?
❓ What details can I add?
❓ How can I quantify my work?
❓ Is it in plain language anyone can understand?
❓ What did I accomplish — not just what I did?
If your bullets answer those questions, they’ll clearly show your impact — and that’s what turns a “good” resume into a great one.
