Описание: In this talk, Morakinyo sought to balance theories, head knowledge and what is obtainable in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp in Nigeria. His sojourn took him from Abuja to Adamawa and then Borno where over 2 million people have been displaced. A core humanitarian and development enthusiast, Busayo is a graduate of History and International Relations from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko with a Masters’ degree in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the Premier University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Busayo believes in the abilities of the Nigerian youths to chart a course for the future, and a Peace Scholar, Peace Ambassador and Thought Engineer, he is aware that a functional system is the panacea to a good governance on which democratic system rests.

As a researcher, Busayo connects with the practicality of knowledge, not in the acquisition of certificates; that is why he conducted a research in the North East in October 2016 to find the challenges faced by displaced persons in relations to their needs and aspirations. This drive attracted the ECOWAS Youth Council, and ECOWAS appointed him as the Youth Peace Ambassador in April 2017.
