Speaker: Sonia Liu, Associate Professor, University of Sydney
These research projects form part of the AgriFutures Chicken Meat Program and it’s core strategy to drive research to improve chicken nutrition in Australia. A range of research projects are underway in this space, and the findings will help producers improve their operations by minimising inputs, reducing production-related waste, and improving bird performance and welfare.
