Today we will learn how to make flavorful mint/pudina rasam/charu using our Ingredients list.
It is the mint, peppercorns and cumin seeds which gives flavor to the rasam.

Pepepr - 1/2 tsp
Dry Chilli - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Cumin Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Tomato - 2 (Paste)
Tamarind Water
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt - 3/4 tsp
Mint Leaves
Water as required
Ghee - 1 spoon
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Dry Chilli - 1 no
