Piano Bench Too Low? Try this! | Piano Posture | Piano Practice Tips & Tricks

Описание: Piano benches have always been a struggle for practice and performance. I had a number of injuries due to improper positioning when playing for prolonged periods of time. While there are more elegant solutions, this seems to be something accessible and light to carry around that has worked for me. The risers are harder to shift around on certain types of carpet, but hardwood/stage floors have been good so far!
(Also, shout out to Stephanie Galipeau for playing a stellar Brahms after waiting for me to roll up that bench...)
