Dino’s humour and welcoming attitude gives this gym plenty of character, and so do the famous bodybuilder posters all over the walls, and the well-loved pieces of equipment. As Dino says, your boyfriend or girlfriend might leave you… but the equipment at this gym? Never! 😜 He keeps it hardcore and old school at this gym - if you’re here to train, you better be training seriously! 💪

Ron & Dusty push through a boulder shoulder workout together, likely scaring all the other members with their grunts and screams! But that’s how you’ve gotta train - HARD!! From heavy shoulder presses to rear delt flyes and high rep lateral cable raises, we won’t be surprised if these two struggle to reach the top shelves once they get home.🤣
