Описание: ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This is Castle Quay which is an apartment complex which consists of 2 buildings (Millais House & Le Capelain House). The building that I filmed is Millais House which has 6 floors and this the biggest apartment in Jersey as it has 237 apartments. This building have segregated living, the front entrance has low cost affordable apartments and the back entrance have high cost expensive apartments and it is more secure than the front entrance. Le Capelain House is identical but it is smaller as it has 5 floors and 147 apartments which I didn’t film when I went. This apartment complex has a large car park down at the basement which connects both of the buildings

LIFT ARRANGEMENT
There are 2 sets of lifts in building, the 1st set is located at the front entrance and it has a set of 4 lifts which is one of the biggest sets of lifts in Jersey and the 2nd set is located at the back entrance and it has a set of 2 lifts

ABOUT THESE LIFTS
These are some Otis Gen2 lifts which is not particularly interesting but only one of the lifts in both sets is the fire lift and it is slightly different than the rest of lifts in this building
