Описание: The Gangaur festival is one of the most vibrant and significant festivals in Rajasthan, celebrating the union of Lord Shiva (Isar) and Goddess Parvati (Gauri). It is a beautiful tribute to marital fidelity, love, and the arrival of spring.


Gangaur is primarily celebrated by women. For the married, it’s a prayer for the longevity and well-being of their husbands; for the unmarried, it’s a wish to find a partner as noble as Shiva.
The festival begins the day after Holi and lasts for 18 days. Women create beautiful clay idols of Isar and Gauri, dress them in traditional finery, and offer prayers. The celebration culminates in a grand procession where these idols are carried through the streets, accompanied by folk music and dancing, before being immersed in a local water body (lake or well).

यह उत्सव होली के अगले दिन से शुरू होकर 18 दिनों तक चलता है। सुहागिन महिलाएँ अपने पति की लंबी उम्र के लिए और कुंवारी कन्याएँ अच्छे वर की प्राप्ति के लिए यह व्रत रखती हैं। महिलाएँ मिट्टी की सुंदर मूर्तियाँ बनाती हैं, उन्हें पारंपरिक गहनों और कपड़ों से सजाती हैं, और लोक गीत गाते हुए उनकी पूजा करती हैं। अंत में, एक भव्य शोभायात्रा निकाली जाती है और मूर्तियों को जल में विसर्जित किया जाता है

गणगौर म्हारे राजस्थान रो सगळों सूं मोटो और चोखो त्यौहार है। ओ त्यौहार ईसर जी (शिव जी) और गौरां दे (पार्वती जी) रे हेत और मिलाप रो प्रतीक है।
होळी रे दूसरे दिन सूं ई गणगौर री पूजा सरू हो जावे, जो पूरे अठारह दिन तांई चाले। लुगायां और कंवारी छोरियां धूजती-धूजती (श्रद्धा सूं) मिट्टी का ईसर-गौरा बणावे, उणां ने बढ़िया पोसाक पैरावे और गहणां सूं सजावे। गीत गावती थकी छोरियां दूब सूं पूजे और 'गोर ए गणगौर माता' रा मंगल गीत गावे। शेवट में, गाज-बाजै सूं गणगौर री सवारी काढी जावे और उणने पाणी में सराय (विसर्जित) दी जावे।
