Every Summer, the GCSP (Grand Canyon Star Party) takes place for ten nights, Saturday to Saturday, during the new moon, usually between June 15 and July 15. Each night, a different astronomer offers a free live presentation for the public just before it gets dark enough to start looking through the telescopes. Dean Regas is a great speaker!
