The One foot drill is done by simply putting all of your weight on your left leg, while placing your right foot on the ground simply for balance. Since the pitch shot is executed with almost all of your weight forward on your left leg, this is a great drill to keep players from shifting their weight right in an effort to help lift the golf ball.
