I've been keen to do a video on this for a while because it pains me how many people make the same mistake I did by getting addicted to jump rope real fast and doing too much too soon. We all seem to underestimate just how much is too much at the start and believe that if they take certain precautions, we can jump for a long time straight away. I focus on leg injury because it is most common.
Hopefully this video will prevent some of you injuring yourself at the start but, if it's too late, don't worry! Rest up and check out the skills at the end of this video that you can do until you're back to the jumping. There's plenty to keep you busy!
