Fish soup
Ingredients:
Fish boneless (small cubes) 250g
Corn flour 1-1/2cup
Salt 1tsp
Vinegar 3tbsp
Carrots chopped 1cup
Spring onion sliced 1cup
Egg whites 8
White pepper 1 tsp
Chicken stock 1-1/2liter
Sugar 1tbsp
Oil for frying
Black pepper 1tsp
Mushroom 1 tin sliced
Sweet corn 1 tin sliced
Method:
In a bowl add and mix fish, 1 cup corn flour and white pepper. Now heat oil and fry fish for 4mins and set it aside. In a pot heat chicken stock. Now add salt, black pepper, sugar and vinegar to cook till it gets a boil. Now add rest of the corn flour, 1 cup of water and chicken stock to cook and keep on stirring. After 2 mins add and mix egg whites and the rest of the vegetables with fish to serve.
Mandi
Ingredients:
Chicken (8piece cut) 1
Seyla rice 3cup
Garlic chopped 2tbsp
Onion chopped 1 large
Oil 1/4cup
Salt 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Green cardamom 6-8
Black pepper 1tsp
Cinnamon powder 1tbsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Whole cinnamon 3 pieces
Whole clove 4-6
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Clove powder 1pinch
Method:
In a bowl add turmeric, cumin, 1tsp salt, lemon juice, clove powder, cinnamon powder, green cardamom, 1tbsp garlic and black pepper on the chicken to marinate for 30mins. Now in a pot add 1 liter of water then place a wire rack in it and above it place the chicken, cover it and cook at medium flame for 20mins and set out the chicken. Now in a pan heat oil and fry garlic and onion for minute. Now add all the mixed spices and salt to fry for 30seconds. Now add the steamed chicken water to cook till it gets a boil and add rice to cook for 10mins. Now cover it and cook at medium flame for 10mins. Lastly dish it out to mix and set it on the chicken to serve.
