An Alabama lawmaker has sponsored a bill that would add penalties to an existing law that makes it illegal to keep the organs of a dead person without the knowledge and consent of that person's next of kin. Lisa Crane reports that the legislation grew from the disturbing discovery by families whose loved ones died in prison.
