Note: During a power out situation this device is mainly designed to run your computer for just a few minutes so you can safely save your files before it automatically shuts down your computer.
If you pull the power plug to test for power outage, and after a few minutes the unit shuts your computer down (you then hook power back up), there is a time delay of 60 seconds before the unit completely shuts down. Do not turn your computer back on before this or it will shut your computer down on start-up!!!
