KARACHI (Metro 1 News) – A local court has sent former Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Senator Faisal Raza Abidi to jail on judicial remand till November 19 in connection with illegal weapon case.
The remand was granted after the investigation officer informed court that a submachine gun (SMG) recovered among other weapons from his house was not licensed.
A case in this regarding was registered at Sachal Police Station.
Abidi was arrested late on Friday from his residence in Karachi’s Rizvia Society. Heavy weapons were also recovered from his house.
