Meet Radhika Luthra (BBA 2023–26) – an active member of Pratigya, the theatre society of RDIAS, whose journey reflects growth, resilience, and transformation.

From her very first semester, Radhika has been shaping her voice through the stage. With her team, she has performed at prestigious platforms like the National School of Drama, Bikaner Theatre Festival, and Top DU colleges (SRCC, Gargi, ARSD, Daulat Ram, and many more) – winning 30+ competitions across DU & IPU.

Her proud moments include securing 3rd place at an Ad-Mad competition at PGDAV and organizing the annual theatre festival – Badlaav, which drew 400+ audience members. Beyond performance, she mastered lessons in leadership, teamwork, time management, and responsibility.

But her journey is not only about theatre – Radhika has also maintained a strong academic record, proving that passion and academics can go hand in hand when nurtured with the right support.
