The short film opens with mother of two, Frezer Fissha, singing a lullaby she sings for her two sons, Amen and Dagim, being raised in the heart of the city.
Alongside Frezer, we hear from Mayor Adanech Abiebie, Dr Zelalem Mulatu, Head of the Education Bureau, and Dr Yohanes Challa, Head of the Health Bureau. Together, we see the bold leadership and shared vision that is transforming urban spaces and services across Addis Ababa to give every child the best start in life, and every caregiver, like Frezer, the support they need to thrive.
