3 -pounds of chop beef
Two cartons of beef broth
Four stocks of celery
Four sliced carrots
One whole onion
One green bell pepper
One red bell pepper
Eight small round potatoes cut in half
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 
1 tablespoon of beef base
 1/2 cup of flour to be divided
6 tablespoons of oil, grapeseed olive oil any cooking oil that you use
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of Adobe seasoning or any seasoning of your choice
1 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash
 salt to taste, optional
