Mushrooms
Salt
Cheese

Wash and clean the mushrooms, then remove and chop the stems. Place the chopped stems back inside the mushrooms. Sprinkle a little salt and add cheese on top. Arrange them on a baking tray and bake in a 200°C oven for about 20 minutes.
