A remarkable initiative to make students more school-oriented has been launched in Debra, West Bengal. At Dhamtor Primary School in Debra block, authorities have introduced digital smart classrooms to enhance modern learning and improve student engagement.

Alongside smart class facilities, the school campus has undergone beautification to create a more attractive and child-friendly learning environment. To instill environmental awareness among students, a vibrant garden has also been developed within the school premises. The garden features more than 100 varieties of flowers, including sunflowers and dahlias, encouraging children to develop a love for nature and sustainability.

The impact has been significant — students are now highly motivated and reportedly do not miss school even for a single day. This initiative reflects a positive model of rural education reform, digital learning adoption, and eco-friendly school development in West Bengal.
