August's box is about beating the heat with something fresh and delicious. The box contains three teas and I brew one of them up in this video.

Though I go with a traditional gongfu style for brewing, I'm excited to also try the Osmanthus Oolong cold-brewed overnight for that cool, fresh floral power.

I'm not a big drinker of Chinese green oolongs, but this one's a tasty twist on the floral perfumed oolongs I've had before. There's even a bit of umami-like qualities in it, making it somewhat resemble a fragrant Japanese green tea.

I have two more teas in this box to go through and I'll try to get to them both before September's box rolls around in 2-3 weeks. That might mean posting more than one video a week though, so I guess I'd better put my editing pants on.
