Dual Poet's Pen with Cascade/Desecrate, and Cascade/(Bone Offering + Flesh Offering)
Spellslinger with Desecrate/VD or something else
Optional Teachings of Kitava for sustain
Some knockback for survivavility
Build is dead.
*3.11 Changes:
Corpse Pact: Now has an upper limit on increases to cast speed per corpse consumed recently of 200%.
Unsure if this also affected the Attack Speed as it was not specified, however it's currently untested due to the 3.15 mana changes killing Spellslinger in general, and most trigger methods costing mana (the build already drains mana fast even with Inspiration).
